Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it does not expire. The free tier includes 10,000 words and 40 detections per month. No card is required to sign in or scan.
How are words and scans counted?
Text is counted by words. An image or a video counts as one detection regardless of size, and an uploaded document counts the words extracted from it.
What happens to the file I upload?
Images and videos are analyzed and then deleted from the server. Only the file name, type, size, and the result are kept in your history. Submitted text is kept so you can reopen the exact scan.
Is the verdict always right?
No detector is. That is why every result ships with a probability, the evidence behind it, and the reasons for the call. When evidence is weak the result is marked Inconclusive instead of guessing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel future renewal at any time from your billing portal, and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you train on my content?
No. Your scans are used to return your result and operate your account. They are not used to train models, and your history is readable only by you.
Which languages are supported?
English and Arabic, including text that mixes both. Each language is scored with its own signal set rather than one shared model.
Can I see my past scans?
Yes. Every completed scan is listed in your dashboard with its verdict, and clicking it opens the submitted content together with the full result.
