How fast do you reply?
Most messages get a reply within 1–2 business days. Critical billing or access issues are prioritized when you include your account email.
My scan looks wrong — what should I include?
Include the modality (text/image/video), approximate length or file type, what you expected, and any report ID from the results panel. Never paste secrets or private keys.
Do you offer enterprise or custom limits?
Team plan is the self-serve ceiling today. For higher volume or integration talks, email partners@3truth.com with your use case and expected monthly volume.
