Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Lemon Squeezy. The price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your order. Access continues according to the plan and billing status shown in your account.

You can cancel a subscription through the cancellation option provided by Lemon Squeezy or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal processing; it does not automatically guarantee a refund for time already used or remaining in the current billing period.

Send the email address on the account, the plan name, the date of purchase, and a short explanation to billing@3truth.com. We will review the request against the checkout terms, the amount used, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.

If a charge appears incorrect or a plan was not activated as expected, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
