Terms of Service

3Truth provides a web-based tool that analyzes submitted text, documents, images, and video and produces probabilistic results and evidence summaries. The service is provided for informational and operational review purposes.

A result is not a guarantee that content is or is not AI-generated. You remain responsible for reviewing the evidence and making decisions about the content you submit or publish.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your subscription in good standing.
• You may not share, resell, or automate access to the service without written permission.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must not use the service where prohibited.

You may not use 3Truth to break laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, or submit content you do not have the right to process. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules.

Free and paid plans are subject to the word, scan, file-size, and feature limits shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices, renewals, taxes, and cancellation options are presented at checkout. You authorize the payment method you provide for recurring charges until you cancel.

Refunds and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. We may change plans, limits, or prices for future periods by giving notice where required.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant 3Truth the limited permission needed to transmit, process, and store that content to operate the service and provide your results. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential or regulated information unless you are authorized to do so and understand the service configuration. You are responsible for reviewing and removing content you no longer want stored.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Detection models, evidence, latency, and availability can vary by modality, input, network, and plan. To the extent permitted by law, 3Truth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and the service is not a substitute for professional, legal, or security advice.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to legal@3truth.com.
